I will be making this dish tomorrow!!  I cant wait.  It has a five star rating on the site!


ETA:  I will also be making this apple tart  for dessert since I have a few Gala apples I need to use before they go bad.

We have sweet potatoes left over from the Xmas holiday. I am going to bake those bad boys. Yumm!!!!!!!!!
