Home ownership!!!

I am on the path to home ownership!!! I am so excited because I have been on this path several times before, but I suppose now is the time for it to really happen. It even feels 'different' this time around. Meaning, the other times I was looking, I guess there was always some uncertainty surrounding my search. But this time around, I have no doubt it is time for me to make the move.

I will be using my sister as my realtor and a guy that went to high school with my as my mortgage broker. I am somewhat impatient because I have been ready for a while but I am waiting on my sis to get things straight on her end. Hopefully, she will have things together by the end of this week, because I cant wait anymore. I will update this blog with pictures of potential homes and the ups and downs of the home search.
